Purchase of or access to the At-Home Video Course provides a personal, non-transferable right to view and use the course materials for your own individual use. Course videos, workbooks, access keys and other paid materials may not be shared, copied, redistributed, resold or made available to others without permission.

You are welcome to share links to this website or publicly available resources with proper credit.

Any downloadable guides or materials provided through this website are for personal, educational, or informational use unless otherwise stated. Downloading a resource does not grant permission to reproduce, republish, or sell it.

The At-Home Video Course is a digital product. Purchase provides one person with a personal, non-transferable course access key and access to the accompanying course materials. Access keys and paid course materials may not be shared with others.

Because access to digital course materials is provided once your personal access key is issued, course purchases are generally non-refundable after the access key has been sent. If you experience a technical problem accessing the course, please contact carrie@connectingbydesign.ca and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Connecting by Design may update or improve course content over time. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access to purchased course content, but uninterrupted or permanent availability of the website or course platform cannot be guaranteed.
